Work is progressing much better than anticipated.
Backgrounds / Story and most character animations are already done for the finale.
Best guess for the final release will be mid of october if all pans out.

Note!
This will end the first chapter of a much bigger story that I plan to continue telling over the next couple of years...
Also this is the end of the "free" version.
Early December the Steam version is sheduled for Early Access
This will be a partially reworked and tweaked version. Especially early chapter will get some upgrades, as well as one or two characters will be get a model upgrade to Gen9
And last but not least, there will be a new character added to the mix exclusivly for the steam version.
The early access will last about a year and bring another game mode (new game+) with extra content to add to the overall story and some more animations.
After that, depending on the level of interest there is a possibility for an 18+ DLC
