The move to Unity is working smoother than expected
sure there are still some kinks and things to learn as Renpy is more carefree until you run into a problem...
Right now I ve test migrated a whole chapter and the results are good
bgm and backgrounds are mostly fine and work without retouching
videos need to be reencoded to a different codec to allow compatibilty to other plattforms as well (fortunatly i kept 99% of the source files)
if all runs smooth i guess i should have a basicly 1:1 copy of the last release ready based on Unity

Maybe i release that before moving on to the next chapter. But lets see how the timeline works out. 
Next chapter will most definitly be out before end of the year in a Unity client
