Release notes for week 3!

The next chapter is here, with another full week
-updated a few character animation
-fixed a few typos in former chapters

bad news first. due to a major overhaul of some variables and storage privious save files are no longer working :( or working porperly 

new stuff   a complete new week with new events there are several event types from here on    
- fixed events (cannot be skipped or missed)    
- dependent events (only are available if certain criteria are met)    
- recurring events (events happening on certain days/times of the week in a location, e.g. warcouncil)    
- character events (some character will be wandering arround certain places/times)  
- ...minor quick events

now that the main overhaul for the week management is done, week 3 should be finished faster... maybe?
well the event dependencies will grow over time :)
