Good news bad news :)

Bad news on first...
due to an upcoming project in my main day job I ll be very busy during the next couple of months, so unfortunatly the release schedule will suffer :(

Good news
Week4 version is already close to be ready for testing :)
So it will be definitly released within the next 2 weeks

adding a new week
fixing the week 3 war council event. due to a copy/paste bug 2 backgrounds are not shown during the discussion
updating the preview video
